I used a pulling cam, roller rockers, 1" carb spacer/EGR plate from a v8 ford, 390cfm Holly vacume secondary using lower vacum diaphram, altered lower throttle place linkage, decreased accelerator pump travel, smaller accelerator pump, two jet sizes smaller main jets and dual exhaust headers with this intake in a 1982 F150 2WD. From idle just tapping the throttle would twist the drivers fender up 2 inches sitting still. Torque from idle to 4000/4200 as good as a stock v8 big block or modified small v8. Best running six I have ever owned. So much so I am building another in 4X4 and FI trim.
