If your purchase arrives damaged, you must keep all packaging/shipping materials and call or email us within 7 days of receiving merchandise. UPS or FedEx will come to your location to inspect. All items are thoroughly checked before they are shipped to you. We will make every effort to replace the product if inventory allows. If inventory is not available, we will issue a refund or R&D Credit promptly. All returned items must include original packaging and invoice. Refunds or credits exclude product shipping or return shipping costs. Items that are refused during shipment (ie: customer refuses delivery) are subject to a 40 percent re-stocking fee plus freight fees.
